If you're gonna spew, spew into this.

I fancy a ghost tour. Whether I believe in a ghost, questionable, however my interest in the idea of paranormal is without a doubt. The appeal sparked from Ghost Tours Key West, FL and Charleston, SC circa 08. And apparently Memphis' very own now features a downtown ghost tour should anyone be interested.

When my dad called me up to go on a historic cemetary tour, I said "sha, right, party on Dan." So began the visit to Elmwood Cemetery on Dudley off of Lamar (ghetto fabulous for those of you who are not familar with the area) on a cold fall night. Little did we know there would be a multitude of other crazies out there lined up for this now annual event during the Halloween season. Apparently my great-grandfather Mr. Walter is buried in this cemetery amongst many prominent Memphians from Andrew Jacksons' son to famous blues singers to governers, etc. Don't worry, it's not too late, there are 15,000 plots still available for your convenience. This particular tour was not "haunted" per say, it was more educational with actors dressed performing/telling the story of some of the people who are resting in peace.

The highlight of this tour, was not the tour itself, but rather my father. We were given strict instructions to stay on the path as they are having trouble with "fire ants" aka 'stay on the path we don't want you stomping around the grounds'. My dad, however, decided to roam around with his $1 flashlight all during the tour and check out the monuments. My camera died so I was unable to capture any orbs on photo.

And the grand finale this Halloween, our last SCO Halloween party. I'm inclined to believe we had the best costumes at the party. Schwing!

Had to throw this one in-the Biggest Loser at the snack bar.
